The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Options Dealer is not a financial advisor. All calculations, analytics, and metrics are for informational purposes only. You should not make trading decisions based solely on information provided by the Service. Past performance does not guarantee future results.
Options Dealer shall not be liable for any trading losses, data inaccuracies, or damages arising from the use of the Service. You use the Service at your own risk.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
